Online Payment Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the online fee payment facility of K.S. Saket P.G. College.
By using the online payment service, students/parents/applicants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Acceptance
Online payment facility is provided for admission fees, examination fees, tuition fees, dues, and other college-related payments.
Payments can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, or other modes available on the payment gateway.
2. Non-Refund Policy
Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances except as per the rules and regulations of the college/university.
Any refund approved by the college authority shall be processed only to the original payment source.
3. Transaction Responsibility
The student/applicant is responsible for providing correct details such as:
Registration Number
Mobile Number
Course/Class Details
Date of Birth
Payment Amount
The college shall not be responsible for incorrect payments made due to wrong information entered by the user.
4. Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, the system will generate a payment receipt/provisional slip.
Students are advised to download and print the receipt for future reference.
5. Failed or Pending Transactions
If the amount is deducted from the bank account but payment status is not updated:
Wait for 24–48 working hours for automatic reconciliation.
If the issue persists, contact the college finance/accounts department with transaction details.

6. Security
All online transactions are processed through secured payment gateway services.
The college does not store card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.
7. Service Availability
The college reserves the right to suspend or discontinue online payment services without prior notice due to maintenance or technical reasons.
8. Chargeback / Dispute
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised directly with the bank/payment provider without informing the college may lead to temporary suspension of admission/payment verification until resolution.
9. Admission Form Modification
After successful fee payment or challan generation, changes in the admission form may not be allowed as per college policy.
10. Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to online payment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh courts only.
