This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online payments made through the official website and payment portals of K.S. Saket P.G. College.

By making any payment through the online payment system, students/applicants/parents agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Fee Refund Policy
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund requests may be considered only in the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment made for the same purpose

The decision of the college authority regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

If payment amount is deducted from the bank account but receipt is not generated:

Users should wait for 24–48 working hours for automatic reconciliation.
In most cases, failed transactions are automatically reversed by the bank/payment gateway.
If the issue remains unresolved, users should contact the college accounts department with:

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 15–60 working days or more depending on:
Bank processing timelines
Payment gateway procedures
Verification process
Refunds will generally be credited only to the original payment source/account.
6. Cancellation Policy
Admission/application cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the prescribed process of the college.
Cancellation approval depends on:
Admission stage
Seat allotment status
University regulations
Fee rules

The college reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests.

7. Chargeback & Dispute
Users are advised to contact the college before initiating any bank chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to:
Temporary suspension of admission/payment verification
Withholding of receipts/services until resolution
